Eric K. Larson, ("Rick") Larson is acting as Special Counsel and came to Pillsbury & Levinson with 18 years of experience in civil litigation, primarily on the defense side, the last 7 years as a partner in a large national firm.
He specialized in complex commercial litigation and class actions and has a wide range of experience in motion, trial, alternative dispute resolution, and appellate practice. He now brings that experience to insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Mr. Larson received his undergraduate degree in Rhetoric, with honors, from the University Of California, Berkeley in 1986 and his J.D. from the U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1989.
